Feature Article: If You’re Not Failing, You’re Not Succeeding
On my flight home from Pittsburgh at the end of July, I read an article in American Way Magazine by Samuel Greengard, a freelance writer. His article about celebrating failure really got me thinking. What does it mean to celebrate failure? Why do we tend to avoid failure at all costs, or if it happens, to put it behind us as quickly as possible? As I’ve thought more about it, I’ve come to the conclusion that if we’re not failing at all, it’s not really possible to reach our full potential.
Failure Can Lead to Breakthrough
Lack of failure usually means that we’re not taking risks. Taking risks
