Although my newsletter has been on hiatus for quite some time, I am still coaching and loving it. In fact, I’ve had some time open up in my schedule for my telephone coaching for the first time in years. If any of you are feeling like you need a little kickstart with any of your goals or an objective view on the issues you may be facing, now is a great time to engage a coach!

I’m considering also adding an e-coaching option, which would include email exchanges with e-coaching clients throughout the month. Although it doesn’t provide the voice-to-voice accountability, I’ve found that having clients email me during their off-week when we haven’t been meeting has kept the momentum of their progress up and has kept their goals at the forefront of their minds. E-coaching also can be offered at a lower price point, allowing some who may not choose to invest a larger amount to still take advantage of the accountability and support that coaching provides. It can also be done anytime! What do you think? When and if I launch this option, I’ll let you know.
